Welcome, my friends! It’s good to know your Sun Sign, and that’s very basic, right? Of course you know if you’re a Scorpio or Leo or whatnot. But we are actually going beyond simple Sun Sign astrology and delving into our Moon Sign and Rising Sign/Ascendant as well. So what’s your Astro Triad?
I have my Sun in Aries, Moon in Pisces, Leo Rising. What about you? The reason I ask is that if you know your Sun-Moon-Rising and then read the horoscope below, you may actually get twice or thrice the guidance each week, depending on your Astro Triad. So for instance, therefore, I will read the forecast for Aries, Leo, and Pisces. Of course, nothing’s stopping you from also reading the forecasts for your respective loved ones.

For the week of Aug. 14-20, 2017
Note to Stargazers: Mercury went retrograde last Aug. 12th, prompting us to be especially careful about communication, transportation, electronics, and other such things that fleet-footed Mercury rules. Back up your files, dot your i’s and cross your t’s, double check travel schedules – just some of the tips for a smoother ride throughout the Mercury Rx period, which is in effect until Sept. 5th. Also, we in the continental USA are counting down the days until the Solar Eclipse on the New Moon in the late degrees of Leo on Aug. 21st. Apparently the Solar Eclipse will be visible in a wide swath across the United States. Here in the West Coast where I am, they say that the best view of the eclipse will be in Oregon. You can bet that the hotels are fully booked by now by avid eclipse watchers. Oregon is estimating an influx of a staggering 1 million visitors from all over the world! Warning: DO NOT look directly into the sun unless you are wearing certified eclipse glasses.
ARIES (Mar 21-Apr 19) This week you will receive new resources in the form of time, money, and support. A promotion or change in job may be in the works. Hang in there and like they say, don’t give up before the miracle comes. Weekly mantra: I graciously receive my many blessings.
